About Wade

Raised in SE QLD, I joined the Royal Australian Navy in 2004 and have not needed a resume since. After a number of years driving boats, I decided to actually use my Maths degree, and became a Meteorologist in 2013 – still in the Navy, I have spent the last two years forecasting for Navy vessels, and have now been given the opportunity to forecast the weather in Antarctica.
